Returns , Exchanges, and Refunds
BRIGHT Eyes does not offer refunds on professional services or opened/used products. Any return or exchange of products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used must be done within 30 days of the purchase date on the receipt. Refunds and canceled orders are issued minus any non-refundable processing fees, which covers costs incurred by our payment processor. Returns and exchanges can be made in store or via mail, with the return shipping costs being the customer’s responsibility. Depending on your financial institution, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.
